Emergency callouts, same day, anywhere in Dubai

Emergencies in Dubai are not all equal. A cracked tile is urgent to you and routine to us; a burst pipe flooding the kitchen at 9 p.m. is a genuine emergency and gets treated as one. This page explains what qualifies, how fast we come, and the sensible things to do while you wait for the van to arrive.

Emergency maintenance across Dubai. Same-day response for water leaks, power loss, and AC failure. Directly employed technicians. Call +971 50 168 5444 now.

Emergency Callouts

What counts as an emergency

Water is coming through the downstairs ceiling and you can hear it running inside the wall. That qualifies. We treat the following as emergencies: burst or actively leaking pipes, water ingress through roofs or ceilings, total or partial power loss, burning smells or hot sockets from electrical faults, AC failure during hot months, blocked and overflowing toilets or drains, and gas smells near AC or water heater plant. Broken door locks on a main entrance, if they leave the property unsecured, also qualify. Cosmetic damage, single socket failures, a slow drip into a bucket, or a noisy but functioning AC are same-week jobs. When you call, we triage honestly. You will never be told something is urgent just to justify a callout fee.

How our same-day response works

Call +971 50 168 5444 and you reach a person who asks specific questions: where is the water, what tripped, what is the temperature reading on the thermostat. If it qualifies, we dispatch the relevant directly employed technician, not a subcontractor whose trade card you cannot verify. Emergency work follows the same fixed-quote discipline: the technician arrives, makes the situation safe, diagnoses with readings, and quotes before any repair beyond the immediate safety measure. Isolating a leak or making safe a live fault is done immediately without charge for approval. The repair itself is then quoted. Our electricians work to DEWA and Dubai Municipality requirements even at midnight, and the emergency log is documented for insurance purposes if you need it.

What to do while you wait

For water: turn off the main stopcock, usually at the water tank, booster pump, or the ground floor by the meter, and switch off power to affected areas at the distribution board before touching wet sockets or switches. Move electronics and rugs clear, and if water is near the DB board, keep everyone out of the room. For electrical: if a breaker has tripped, do not reset it repeatedly; once is diagnostic, three times is how small faults become fires. Unplug everything on the affected circuit. For AC failure in summer: close blinds, move family to the coolest room, and give any elderly relatives or infants priority there. Note what happened and when. The detail you remember saves us thirty minutes of fault finding.

After the emergency is contained

The water has stopped and the immediate danger is over. Now the real diagnosis begins. Our technician records pressures, insulation resistance, or amperage as relevant, identifies the root cause, and issues a fixed quotation for the permanent repair. Drying out and making good, plaster, paint, tile, if needed, sit within our own scope, so you are not juggling three companies after one incident. If the fault stemmed from something a scheduled visit would have caught, we will say so and show you the reading. Many emergency customers move onto an annual contract afterwards for exactly that reason. The AED 200 inspection fee is refundable against any works you approve.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

Do you charge extra for out-of-hours emergency callouts?

Emergency work is quoted at fixed prices like everything else we do, and you approve the figure before repair work starts beyond making the situation safe. Making safe, isolating a leak or a live fault, happens immediately. When you call, ask for the current out-of-hours terms and we will state them plainly before anyone is dispatched.

How quickly can you actually arrive?

Same day for genuine emergencies across Dubai, with arrival time depending on your location and where the nearest qualified technician is working. We triage honestly on the phone, so if the job is not a true emergency we will offer the next scheduled slot rather than send someone under false pretences. Annual contract holders receive priority dispatch.

The emergency is over but I want the root cause checked. Can you do that?

Yes, and we recommend it. Repeated leaks and repeated breaker trips usually share a cause further back in the system. We test the relevant circuits, pressures, and loads, record the readings, and quote any corrective work at a fixed price. A repaired symptom with an untreated cause is a second emergency waiting for its turn.
