How to reach us and what to have ready

Calling a maintenance company usually means a chat about nothing in particular before anyone useful happens. Our intake is different: a few specific questions that let us triage your call properly and send the right qualified technician with the right parts. This page explains how to reach us, what information speeds everything up, and what happens after you hang up.

Call +971 50 168 5444 for maintenance across Dubai. Same-day emergency response, fixed quotes, directly employed technicians. Here is what to have ready.

Calling the office: what happens

Dial +971 50 168 5444 and you will be asked concrete questions. For water faults: where is the water appearing, can you see or hear the source, and have you isolated the main stopcock. For electrical faults: what exactly tripped, does it reset, any smells or scorching, and is anyone in danger right now. For AC faults: which rooms, what temperature is the thermostat showing versus the room, and does the outdoor unit run at all. These questions are triage, not interrogation; the answers decide whether a technician comes today or this week, and which trade is needed. Genuine emergencies, active leaks, power loss, electrical hazards, and summer AC failures, are dispatched same-day across Dubai. Annual contract holders receive priority.

What to have ready before you call

Five minutes of preparation can save an hour of labour on the invoice. Have ready: the property location and access instructions, including any building NOC requirements if you are in a tower. Your tenancy situation, owner or tenant, since responsibility for repairs splits along RERA lines in rental properties. Photos or a short video of the fault, which help enormously with diagnosis. The age of the system concerned, if you know it, particularly for AC units and water heaters. And any previous maintenance reports you hold, because last year's pressures and amperage readings tell us what has changed. If you have none of this, call anyway; we will work it out with you on the phone.

Email, site visits, and quotations

Not everything is a phone job. For scheduled work, quotations, annual contract enquiries, and building or portfolio maintenance, send details with photographs and we will respond with a proposed visit slot. For multi-property owners and owners associations, we attend site to survey, count the systems, and price a contract against manufacturer service intervals and RERA expectations for shared services. Quotations come back in writing, fixed, itemised, and valid for a sensible period so you can compare them properly. The AED 200 inspection fee applies to diagnostic visits and is fully refundable against any works you approve. Nothing proceeds without your written acceptance of the quote.

While you wait for the technician

The call is made and a technician is on the way. If water is involved: isolate at the stopcock and keep power off in affected areas. If electrical: do not repeatedly reset a tripped breaker, once is diagnosis, more is risk. If AC has failed in summer heat: close blinds and get family, especially infants and elderly relatives, into the coolest room. Note the timing of the fault and anything unusual you observed, because sequence matters in fault finding. When the technician arrives, he is directly employed, carrying relevant trade cards, and will introduce himself by name. After diagnosis, you receive the readings and a fixed quote before any repair work begins. That is the whole process, start to finish.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you book.

Do you answer the phone outside office hours?

For genuine emergencies, yes; the number +971 50 168 5444 is answered for active leaks, power loss, electrical hazards, and AC failures during hot months. Non-urgent enquiries are best made during office hours, when the full team can look at scheduling and quotations. If you are unsure whether your fault qualifies as an emergency, call and describe it; we will tell you honestly.

Can you give me a quote over the phone or by email?

Send photographs and a description by email or message and we will give an indicative view, but a fixed quote always follows inspection, because identical symptoms often have different causes and costs. The inspection carries the AED 200 fee, refundable against approved works. Building and multi-property contracts are surveyed on site before pricing.

What areas of Dubai can you send a technician to?

All of Dubai, from the Marina, Jumeirah, and Business Bay through Al Barsha, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, JVC, Mirdif, and out to Dubailand communities. Same-day dispatch applies to genuine emergencies across the emirate. When you call we will give you a realistic arrival window based on where the right qualified technician is working at that moment.
